Movement

Pillar’s movement practitioners are highly experienced across a multitude of disciplines, from former athletes and sports coaches to conditioning specialists, dancers, and advanced yogis. Our greatest strength is our people: we hand-pick our talent from around the world to bring the highest quality one-to-one and class-based training to our Pillar Wellbeing clubs and adapt our offering to the particular consumer demands of each location. 

 

Recovery

At Pillar, we believe that you can’t work at your optimum, increase lifespan and healthspan without taking time to recover effectively. As such, we embed recovery for mind and body as an important part of our offering, utilising treatments and advice from a variety of skilled practitioners who combine cutting-edge science with ancient methodologies and years of professional experience. With a tailor-made approach to each member and their individual needs, our programmes infuse mobility, assisted stretching, percussion therapy, breathwork and visualisation, nutritional consultations, talking therapies, osteopathy, acupuncture and acupressure, massage, cryotherapy, and infrared therapy. 

 

Nourishment

Throughout our Pillar Kitchen restaurants, cafes, room service and mini bars,  our menus have both health and happiness at their heart.  

Devised in partnership with our nutrition and performance experts together with a Michelin-starred approach from Culinary Director Jason Atherton, our nutrition pillar is centred around creating flavourful food moments that also fuel mind and body. Without compromising on taste, our dishes support gut health, boost brainpower and regulate energy with every bite.
