As wellness business consultant his clients include Twitter, Apple, and Nike. As a performance coach, his entire career has been dedicated to improving the lives and performance of the world's highest achieving individuals. Harry still counts world leaders, leading industry CEOs and some of the most influential people on the planet as his clients. This inside industry insight led to his understanding that there is a gap in the global market for a holistic approach to preventative health and wellness and it is matching that belief with world-class hospitality has led to the creation of Pillar.

Oliver is a world-leading expert in lifestyle management. Oliver advises widely on the application of contemporary wellbeing strategies into health club groups and corporate organisations across Europe. A physiologist by background, Oliver has been instrumental in establishing professional recognition for applied physiology in the UK, working closely with professional and government bodies as well as major teaching institutions. Prior to co-founding Viavi Health Strategy on London’s Harley St, Oliver was Professional Head of Physiology at Nuffield Health, where he led the largest team of applied physiologists, wellbeing advisors and accredited nutritionists in the UK.

Charlotte began her career in the travel industry over 12 years ago at one of New Zealand's luxury hotels, spanning roles throughout all departments. Following this, she worked in Melbourne & London for Mr & Mrs Smith, leaving the company as Global Head of Sales & Concierge. In 2017, Charlotte started her independent travel agency, Paper Plane Travel, which covers worldwide destinations and a variety of trip types for her clients. She brings to Pillar operational & sales knowledge along with a network of global suppliers & agents.
